Jefferson Energy Terminal I&II

Expansion of Jefferson Terminal to include: (i) additional storage tanks to hold naphtha, diesel, and LCO products, a new loading dock (OC-2) capable of accepting Aframaxtankers, and three (3) new manifolds for naphtha, diesel, and LCO to support the movement of product to and from Jefferson Terminal and the ExxonMobil Beaumont Refinery (the “Dock/Tank/Manifold Component”); and (ii) upgrading Jefferson Terminal’s Master Control System to ensure safe and reliable control and monitoring of product movements via Jefferson Terminal’s rail, marine, and pipeline assets, as well as installing connections and activating additional components of the multi-pipe Cross-Channel Pipeline to support ExxonMobil’s crude, naphtha, diesel, and LCO businesses.

Green Hydrogen Plant

Ground-up construction and operation of a 120 megawatt (‘MW’) “green” hydrogen production facility locatedat 5470 North Twin City Highway in Nederland, Texas 77627. The development will include the installation of twelve 10-MW electrolyzers, an electrical substation, piping, and other related components. In addition, rail, dock, road, and other supporting infrastructure will be installed onsite to facilitatethe offtake and distribution of the completed “green” hydrogen product to one or multiple customers within close proximityto the project site.

Rural Broadband EB-5 Project

The project is a multi-faceted development that involves the procurement, construction, installation, activation, and operation ofapproximately overthree (3) million feet of fiber optic cable and related network equipment in the State of Texas, making high-speed fiber broadband available to approximately 35,000 currently unserved residential and commercial users. Borrower hasidentifiedapproximately thirteen (13) geographic locations across twelve (12) counties (collectively, the “Project Locations”) in Texas where it intends to build out the fiber optic network to provide high-speed internet service to local customers.
