Tom Rosenfeld is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CanAm Enterprises. Since establishing the company in 1987, he has led the firm to become one of the leading sponsors of EB-5 investment projects in the United States, raising billions of dollars in capital for economic development projects. Mr. Rosenfeld is an attorney and certified public accountant with decades of experience in investment immigration and international investor programs.
Christine Chen – Chief Op
Christine Chen joined CanAm in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees key EB-5 business operations and manages global teams supporting the company’s investment immigration programs. Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Master of Arts from Columbia University.
